PP plastic board, PP sheet, processed by adding various functional additives to PP resin through extrusion, calendering, cooling, cutting and other processes to make plastic sheets. PP plastic board is a semi crystalline material. It is harder and has a higher melting point than PE. Due to the brittleness of homopolymer type PP at temperatures above 0 ℃, many commercial PP materials are irregular copolymers with 1-4% ethylene added or clamp copolymers with higher ethylene content. Copolymer type PP materials have lower thermal distortion temperature (100 ℃), low transparency, low glossiness, low rigidity, but stronger impact strength.
PP plastic sheet processing has excellent impact strength, good dimensional stability, dyeing, good molding and mechanical processing, high mechanical strength, high stiffness, low water absorption, good corrosion resistance, simple connection, non-toxic and odorless, and excellent chemical and electrical insulation properties. It can withstand heat without deformation and has high impact toughness even under low temperature conditions. It is still a hard, non scratch, and non deformable material. Low water absorption; High dimensional stability.
