The basic principle of chain guide rail transmission: transmission chain support bar, transmission chain support rail, chain guide rail, plastic guide rail and lining bar, also known as cushion bar and sliding friction bar, greatly reduces the hard sliding friction between the transmission chain and the support, effectively increasing the service life of the conveyor belt. There are many types of lining strips, including both directly embedded ones and many flat ones with different widths and thicknesses. Widely used in chain conveyor machinery equipment to support and guide the transmission chain, preventing the transmission chain from slipping and getting stuck during long-distance transmission.
